How does my 5% benefit work?
You choose how your 5% is applied on a per-referral basis: Option A — Partner Credit: credited to your next ProCalcs project within 30 days of the referred project completing and being paid. Non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. Option B — Client Discount: the 5% is applied as a discount on your referred client’s first project invoice. Just let us know at the time of the referral and tell your client to mention your name or code.
Is there a limit to how many clients I can refer?
No limit! Refer as many new clients as you'd like.
What services qualify for the referral benefit?
The first project from each new client referral, including Manual J load calculations, duct design, and energy calculations.
Do I earn a benefit on repeat business from my referrals?
The 5% benefit applies to the first project only for each new client you refer. This keeps the program simple and straightforward for everyone.
What qualifies as a "new client"?
A new client is someone who hasn't previously worked with ProCalcs. If they're already in our system or have done business with us before, they wouldn't qualify for the referral benefit.
Can I give the 5% to my referred client as a discount instead of keeping it myself?
Yes! When you make a referral, just let us know you’d like the 5% applied as a discount on your client’s first invoice (Option B). Tell your client to mention your name or referral code when they contact us and we’ll take care of the rest. You can choose a different option for each referral you make.
What if my referral doesn't mention my code?
We always ask new clients how they heard about us. If they mention your name or company, we'll credit you. But having them use your code ensures proper tracking.
Do I need to be a current client to join?
No! We welcome referral partners whether you've worked with us before or not.
What if I want to leave the program?
No problem! Either party can exit the partnership with 30 days written notice. There's no long-term commitment.
